W. E. MDirector1 is a Managing Director of Richest Capital, LLC.  W. E. is a Registered Representative of and offers securities through RAA.com Member NASD/SIPC.  He has been licensed with the NASD since December 1988 and is presently licensed to conduct securities business in Arizona, Illinois, New Mexico, North Dakota, Texas, California, Georgia, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.

Prior to his association with RAA.com, W. E. was employed by Prudential Securities and American Express Financial Advisors.  He is also separately licensed as an independent agent to offer insurance and related products and services with various insurance companies.

Prior to being in the Financial Services industry, W. E. was the Lead Systems Analyst for the Budget/Cost Account Plan System at McDonnell Douglas Corporation in Long Beach, California from 1986 to 1988.  From 1984 to 1986 W. E. worked as a consultant to Sandia National Laboratories to develop computer security systems for nuclear sites.

W. E. earned a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of New Mexico in May 1986 with a concentration in Management Science.  He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science in May 1984 with concentrations in Economics and Business Management.

In his spare time, W. E. enjoys playing golf, watching the Green Bay Packers, remodeling the family home, and playing with his kids.  W. E. and his wife, Rosibel, have four children.
