B. D. MDirector2 is a Managing Director of Richest Capital, LLC.  B. D. is a Registered Representative with and offers securities through RAA.com, Member NASD/SIPC.  He has been licensed with the NASD since May, 1997 and is presently licensed to conduct securities business in California, Georgia, New Mexico, North Dakota, and Texas.

Prior to becoming a Managing Director of Richest Capital and a Registered Representative with RAA.com, B. D. was the Manager of Compliance for Sierra Medical Center in El Paso, Texas.  From 1989 to 1996 B. D. held various positions of increasing responsibility with El Paso Natural Gas Company (EPG).  From 1991 to 1993 B. D. was an active member of the Mojave Pipeline Project Financing Team who arranged for the financing of the first interstate natural gas pipeline to be constructed into the state of California.  B. D. was also a member of several acquisition analysis task groups.  He held numerous positions within EPG, with his most recent position being that of Principal Project Manager in El Paso Field Services, a subsidiary of EPG.  As Principal Project Manager he was responsible for negotiating and drafting natural gas gathering and processing agreements with customers.

B. D. earned a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of New Mexico in December 1988 with concentrations in Management Science and General Management.  He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of New Mexico in May 1986 with a concentration in Financial Management.

In his spare time B. D. enjoys racewalking, golf, and genealogy. B. D.’s wife, Claudia, is a licensed physical therapist.
