The principals of RCS have a broad range of experience in corporate consulting activities. Examples of the types of services we provide include the following case studies:

A privately held business has developed a proprietary technology for use in the transportation business. We assisted in the development of a strategic plan for this business that included introduction to industry partners. We examined key trends in their industry and the company is now negotiating with the industry partners for roll out of their technology.

Shareholders of a privately held business asked us to review their offering memorandum and assist in preparation of a dynamic financial model for projecting their business capital requirements. We identified both accounting and legal counsel for the business and assisted in review of the documents. The company has subsequently received funding as a result of preparation of the documents.

A private company asked us to work with them in development of sales strategies for their product. The company had identified the market for their product but principals had no sales expertise. We identified a "sales mentor or coach" to assist them in developing their sales techniques. The company received their first order for their product soon after.

A fast growing high tech company was expanding their manufacturing operation. We provided a detailed review of the financing options available to the company and the company has now received funding for corporate expansion using industrial revenue bonds.

Business Bootcamp

We require that many of our clients go through our "boot-camp" to shape up for the rigors of business development. More often than not, the time companies spend on development of their strategic plans is a fraction of the time they have spent in developing their product. Consequently, when companies then seek either funding or strategic relationships to take them to the next level, two things generally occur; either they are not successful and the company either fails or growth is limited and the company’s true value is never recognized.
